Everytable is on a mission to make healthy food accessible and affordable for every community. Founded by Sam Polk, Everytable revolutionizes the restaurant model and solves the problem of food deserts through a “Tom’s Shoes” approach. They cook healthy locally sourced meals at a central commissary kitchen and price their food according to the income of the surrounding neighborhood, rather than having a uniform price for every retail location. Everytable does this while maintaining focus on profitability, something we would expect from Polk, a former successful hedge fund manager.

Hidden Water also uses it's circle approach to coach corporations through me-too related dynamics, laying a fresh foundation from which company culture can rebuild.

Maison de Mode

Maison de Mode is a sustainable and ethically sourced luxury retailer of fine jewelry, ready-to-wear, accessories and homeware. Founded by Amanda Hearst and Hassan Pierre, their investment team - in addition to Sarah Berner Donahue of One House - includes the iconic Carmen Busquets of Net-A-Porter. MDM originally began as a physical pop-up shop in 2012, the company expanded into e-commerce in 2015 and have since stocked over 70 ethical premium and luxury brands. In 2017, MDM launched Mode Communications which consults brands on sustainability and hosts events like the pre-Oscars MDM Sustainable Style Gala. In 2019, the gala honored Jane Goodall!

Tia Health

Tia Health is a modern and holistic omni-channel health and wellness practice specializing in integrated and primary care focused on women and their hormones. Founders, Carolyn Witte (formerly at Google) and Felicity Yost (formerly at Bridgewater) launched Tia to address what they saw as hurdles women need to overcome to receive adequate treatment. Tia's flagship location opened in March 2019, in the Flatiron district of Manhattan. Tia is rooted in community and connection to their customers and patients. The innovative Tia app lets members chat with their Care Team, schedule appointments, access services, fun community events and more. One investor called Tia the "Soul Cycle of OBGYN."
